Task 7: Restore your backup
To print T4 and RL-1 forms and payroll reports for the previous payroll year, you must restore the backup you created in Task 3: Back up your company file.
 
Once you have restored the backup, you will be using this file to print your payroll forms and reports.
note : Do not enter data in backup
It is important to remember you are using a copy of your company file to print your payroll forms and reports and not to enter any data to this file.
