Customize Form 1096 window

The Customize Form 1096 window allows you to customize the look of the 1096 form. Using this window, you can rearrange the layout of items that appear on the form, and add, change and remove elements on the form.

caution : Forms that don’t meet government requirements won’t be accepted

Be careful if you plan to customize payroll forms. Although it is possible to customize some payroll forms, forms that don’t meet government requirements won’t be accepted. Use the standard form layout unless advised otherwise by your accountant or an authorized government representative.
