eFile Setup window—Bank Information view

The eFile Setup window—Bank Information view displays banking information used for Payroll Forms eFile registration. You can change the bank information in this window.

If you want to pay your taxes and receive refunds electronically, you must provide bank information when you register to eFile your payroll tax forms.

The other four views of the eFile Setup window are:

Changes you make in any view of the eFile Setup window will only apply to your eFile registration information. You cannot change any of the information in your company file in this window.

Field Descriptions

All fields except Bank Branch are required to complete the eFiling process.

Same as Taxpayer

Select this option to insert the taxpayer information that you entered when you registered.

Company name

This field displays the company name you used when you registered for eFiling.

Address, City, State, ZIP Code

The company’s address, city, state and ZIP Code that you entered when you enrolled in eFiling.

Bank name

The name of the bank that you will use for paying taxes and receiving refunds when eFiling.

Bank branch

The name or number of the bank branch that you will use when you eFile your payroll taxes.

Bank phone

The telephone number of your bank.

Bank routing number

The nine-digit banking transit number for your bank and branch.

Account num

The bank account number that you will use to pay taxes and receive refunds when you eFile your forms.

Name on account

The name that appears on the bank account you use when eFiling payroll tax forms.
