Go to the Payroll command center and click Prepare Payroll Tax Forms. The Select Payroll Tax Form window appears.

Your federal Tax ID number (EIN) should appear in the top right corner of the window. If this number doesn’t appear in the correct format, you will be prompted to re-enter it.

To select a state form, select State in the Search by field and then choose a state from the drop-down list.

Select the form you want to prepare from the Form list.

Check that the Display Options area of the window shows the correct information about the reporting period for this form. If the reporting period is incorrect, select the appropriate period from the list or enter it in the appropriate fields.

If a message appears advising that some of your company information is invalid or incomplete, go to the the Company menu and choose Company Information to enter your details.

When you’ve finished editing information on the form, click Save to save a draft version of this form.

Click Next Step.

If you want to print an official federal or state copy of the form, click Print.

If you want to eFile the form, click eFile. Enter your eFile Username and Password in the eFile Login window that appears and then click Login. Follow the on-screen instructions to file the form.
