Custom Phone Field Labels
Within the Card File on a contact you have 3 phone numbers and a fax number per address/contact associated with a customer, vendor, employee, etc. You can now assign a field label using one of our own including Mobile, Fax, Home, Work or create you own and assign it to a contacts phone number.
This will help identify and differentiate the numbers. This is something that can be set up per contact vs a global change. Meaning Acme Sales has a phone in the first phone field which can have a label of Mobile and AT&T might have Office assigned to its first phone number.
You can choose from preset field labels or create your own by accessing the list from the Lists menu and choosing Custom Lists.
