Mass Emailing of Customer Statements
From AccountEdge Connect you can send customer statements to a group of selected customers. You have the option to email just those with overdue balances or overdue by a chosen number of days.
If you process credit card payments and use the Customer Portal, you're customers will receive an email with a Pay Now button where they can log in to the Customer Portal and choose the invoices they would like to pay off.
A new email template is also available to customize for sending out statements.
