Additional information about using locations

You can use MYOB Premier Accounting to purchase and sell your inventoried items that are stored in multiple locations.

When you enter your sales and purchases, you'll enter the inventoried item and its location. If you sell or purchase the item and the item is located in more than one location, enter each location on a separate line of the sale or purchase.

For example, if you're selling 50 widgets and 40 are located in Store255 and the other 10 are located in Warehouse373, you'll enter two separate lines on the sale using the same item but different locations.

Notes:  The multiple locations feature becomes available only after you've added a second location

Only one location can be entered for each line of a sale or purchase
