You can also work on copies of the payroll tax forms you have completed. Payroll tax forms are considered “Completed” once you eFile the forms or print the official copies of the forms.
1 Go to the Payroll command center and click Prepare Payroll Tax Forms. The Select Payroll Tax Form window appears.
2 Click Saved. The Open Report window appears, listing your draft and completed tax forms in chronological order, with the most recently saved or completed forms at the top of the list.
3 Select the draft form you want to work on and click Edit (If the form can’t be edited, the Edit button won’t be available). If you want to view, print or create a copy of a completed form, click View/Print.
