Using recurring transactions


 

If you have a transaction that must be written time and time again (for example, a rent check or depreciation expenses), you can save it and record it as a recurring transaction.

When you save a transaction as recurring, MYOB FirstEdge saves a copy of it that you can retrieve whenever you need it.

If there is a regularity to its use, you can create a schedule. If the timing of its use is more random, you can just use the Recurring Transactions List window or click the Use Recurring button in the transaction window and select the appropriate recurring transaction. Then simply verify the details and record it.

Spend Money, Receive Money, Transfer Money and Journal Entry recurring transactions will be included in your Cash Flow Worksheet.
