Managing Transactions
To find a recurring transaction
- You can view a list of recurring transactions in several windows. Choose the window that is appropriate for the type of recurring transaction you're trying to locate:
- The Recurring Transactions List window is a central area for managing all recurring transactions. Use the Sort By or Search By functions to quickly find a specific transaction.
- Open the To Do List window. Then click the tab marked Recurring Sales or Recurring Transactions (checks, deposits and general journal entries).
- Open the transaction window in which you created the recurring transaction (Sales, Record Journal Entries, Spend Money, Receive Money or Transfer Money windows).
Then click the Use Recurring button to open the Select a Recurring Transaction window where you can choose from a list of recurring transactions that were created in the window you used to open this window.
- Open the Bank Register window. In the transaction entry section, select Spend Money or Receive Money as the transaction Type.
Then click the Use Recurring button to open the Select a Recurring Transaction window, where you can choose from a list of recurring Spend Money or Receive Money transactions that were created in the Bank Register.
- Double-click a recurring transaction to open it in the original transaction window.
