Managing Transactions
To change recurring transaction details without recording a transaction
Note: Payroll transactions are different from other recurring transactions. (Using the Recurring Pay window)
- Choose Recurring Transactions from the Lists menu to open the Recurring Transactions List window.
- A list of recurring transactions you've created is displayed.
- Highlight the transaction you wish to change and click the Edit button to open the Edit Recurring Transaction Details window.
Keep in mind, you cannot record a transaction from this window, only edit and save changes to the recurring transaction.
There is an Edit Recurring Transaction Details window to coincide with each of the transaction windows in which you can save a transaction as a recurring transaction.
- Edit the transaction.
- Click Record.
- The next time you use the recurring transaction, the new detail will be displayed.
