To change applied payment details


Use these instructions only if your transactions are changeable. If your transactions are unchangeable, the only active element of the Applied Payments Details window is the Authorize/Void Authorization button. (Choosing changeable or unchangeable transactions)

  1. Find the payment transaction whose payment details you want to change. [To find a payment from a customer or To find a customer credit (after paying a refund) or To find a transaction]


  2. Click the Details button.


  3. Make the changes you want.


  4. Click OK.
