Managing Transactions
To find a transaction
This is procedure explains how to use one of several features available for finding transactions in MYOB AccountEdge. You can also use To find a transaction (Transaction Journal) or To find a transaction (Registers).
Note: You may need to perform additional steps to find certain transaction
- Click Find Transactions in any command center and then select the tab that best fits the category of the transaction you're trying to find.
- Narrow or widen your search:
- Use the Search By selection box to choose another way to search -- All selections or one selection.
- Enter a different date range.
- Click the Advanced button to search using additional criteria, such as the ID Number, Source Journal, Date, Amount or Memo.
- The transaction you're looking for should appear in the scrolling list.
Under certain circumstances, you may need to perform additional steps before you can find a transaction. (You may need to perform additional steps to find certain transaction)
- Click the zoom arrow to open the transaction in the window in which it was created.
