Finding purchases

After you have recorded a purchase, you may want to view the transaction sometime in the future. All purchases can be found using the Purchases Register; you can find quotes, orders and bills.

The Find Transactions window can be used to find posted transactions only and offers a variety of search methods. Bills can be searched using both the Find Transactions window and the Purchases Register.

Note:  Quotes and orders without payments applied don't appear in the Find Transactions window

Recurring purchases transaction can be found using several windows. The Recurring Transactions List window is a central area for managing all recurring transactions.

Note:  Quantities in the Received column on purchases aren't saved on recurring transactions
