Emails can be edited before they're sent.
If you're emailing a report, one sale or purchase or an email with no attachment using the Card Information window, you can edit the email using the Email window. You can enter a different email address, subject or message.
If you're emailing statements or a batch of sales and purchases, you can edit the email using Review Forms Before Delivery window. You can enter a different email address, subject or message.
Note: The changes you make to the email subject and message in this way aren't saved
If you change the entry in the Email Address field, you'll receive an alert that gives you the option of updating the Email address entered for the customer/vendor in the Card Information window.
The Email Defaults feature allows you to enter text that will be used for the subject or message that will accompany all of the emailed sales, purchases and statements you send. A default subject and message is provided for you when you when you purchase MYOB AccountEdge, but you can change it using the Email Defaults window.
