Report Customization window


The Report Customization window allows you to set criteria for how each report will be presented. You can enter and/or select information in this window to filter the report data you wish to present and select which fields you want to display in the report. You can also make choices that affect the formatting of the report, the way the system works when you print the report and the inclusion of the report in the Reports menu.

You can click the buttons at the bottom of the window to open additional windows:

Print: Print the report.
Send To: Send the report by choosing from several different formats.
Format: Select how the data in the fields of the report will look.
Display: Display the report on your computer screen.
