If you find the need to spread your accounting tasks among more people in your company, you can purchase additional workstation licenses as your company's needs grow. To see how many workstation are currently able to access the company file, see the Active Workstations window under the File menu. Look at the number shown for Total workstations licensed.

If you wish to see if other users are accessing the company file or if you wish to know how many workstations are currently able to access the company file, open the Active Workstations window under the File menu. This window lists the User IDs of the users accessing the company file. The total number of workstations licenses is also displayed.
