The Review W-2 Forms Before Printing window allows you to review information about each of the W-2 forms you selected in the Forms Selection - Print W-2s window, as well as choose specific W-2 forms to print. You can also open the W-2 Employee Information window from this window, where you can change specific information that will appear on employees’ W-2 forms.
