The Card Information window allows you to add, change, delete and view information about individual customer, vendors, employees and personal contacts -- known as cards.

The window has nine possible views:

Profile view
Card Details view

Selling Details view

Buying Details view

Payroll Details view
Payment Details view

Contact Log view

Jobs view

History view

The Payroll Details window is available only when the card type is Employee.

You can use the Payroll Details view to select the tax table that will be used for the employee and to record the employee’s start and termination dates, Social Security number, and birth date. In addition, you can open additional windows that will allow you to record information about the employee’s pay rate and the payroll categories (wages, accruals, deductions, employer expenses and taxes) that apply to the employee; the employee’s pay history; time billing information, if appropriate; and accrual information for vacation time and the like.
