Creating activities

Step 2: Enter the activity’s history (for chargeable activities only; optional)

To enter the activity’s history

The Activity List window should be displayed.

  1. In the list that appears in the middle of the window, click the zoom arrow next to the activity whose history you want to add.
  2. Click the History tab.
  3. Enter the number of units, sales amounts, and cost of sales amounts for the months that occurred before you began using MYOB AccountEdge in the table for the appropriate fiscal year. Use the zoom arrows in the upper right corner of the window to display the table for the correct fiscal year.

When you’ve entered the activity’s history, click the OK button to add the activity to your records and close the Activity Information window. The Activity List window will appear; the new activity will be displayed in the list.
