To distribute vacation and sick pay
- Enter the number of sick or vacation hours in the Hours column of the accrual wage. The amount that appears in the Amount column will be calculated automatically. When you record the transaction, the hours you entered will be subtracted from the number of hours the employee has accrued.
- If you’re distributing wages for an accrual such as sick pay, you might also need to change the employee’s regular hourly wage hours or amounts.
