Entering customer payments

Step 1: Identify where the money from the customer payment will be recorded

Customer Overpayments

The Customer Payments window should be displayed.

Choose one of the following:

Mark the Deposit to Account button, and choose the account from the list in the upper left corner of the window.

Mark the Group with Undeposited Funds button.
