Index to Reports window
The Index to Reports window lists all of the reports available in your software, grouped in tabs and by category.
Field Descriptions
Report category tabs
Click a tab to display the list of reports relevant to the category. If you have saved a customized report, it will be listed in the Custom tab.
Name column
This column displays the names of all reports in your software that are relevant to the selected category. Report category headers are displayed in bold and the report names are organized in the list beneath each header.
Report Description
A description of the selected report appears in the area to the right of the Name column.
View Sample
If you want to view a sample of what the selected report looks like, click View Sample.
Customize
If you want to filter the selected report, or change its appearance before displaying, printing or sending it, click Customize.
Print
If you want to print the selected report, click Print.
Send To
If you want to save the selected report to disk as a PDF, open it in Excel, email it or fax it, click Send To and then select the appropriate option from the list that appears.
If the Excel button is dimmed, and you have a version of Microsoft Excel that is compatible with your software’s OfficeLink feature, you may need to reinstall your software to use this feature.
Display
If you want to display the selected report on screen, click Display.
Close
If you want to close this window, click Close.
