Paid today enhancements
When you are recording a payment directly from a sale you can choose the account you would like to deposit the payment to, including grouping with undeposited funds.
When recording a payment directly on the purchase bill you can now easily enter the account from which the payment will be drawn. You are now given the option to assign the check number or payment number in the Applied Payment Details window.
To select account when receiving payment

Go to the Sales command center and select Enter Sales. The new sale window appears.

Enter the information in the sale, including the amount in Paid Today field. A Payment Details button appears.
NOTE: if credit card information is stored in the customer card the type of credit card on file will appear above the Payment Details button. The details of the payment can be changed.

Click Payment Details. The Applied Payment Details window appears.

Select the account the payment will be deposited to.

Enter the Payment ID# and all other information needed.

Click OK.

Click Record.
To select account when making a payment
1
Go to the Purchases command center and select Enter Purchases. The new purchase window appears.

Enter the information in the sale, including the amount in the Paid Today field. A Payment Details button appears.

Click Payment Details. The Applied Payment Details window appears.

Select the account the payment will be paid from.
5
Enter the Payment ID# and all other information needed.
6
Click OK.
7
Click Record.
