New Features > Paid today enhancements
To select account when receiving payment
1
Go to the Sales command center and select Enter Sales. The new sale window appears.

Enter the information in the sale, including the amount in Paid Today field. A Payment Details button appears.

Click Payment Details. The Applied Payment Details window appears.

Enter the Payment ID# and all other information needed.

Click OK.

Click Record.
To select account when making a payment
1
Go to the Purchases command center and select Enter Purchases. The new purchase window appears.

Enter the information in the sale, including the amount in the Paid Today field. A Payment Details button appears.

Click Payment Details. The Applied Payment Details window appears.

Enter the Payment ID# and all other information needed.
6
Click OK.
7
Click Record.
