Web Pay
Add Pay Now link when emailing your invoices to your customers. Your customers will then have the ability to easily pay the invoice online. Customers will also see a list of their open receivables that can also be paid. Your My Account page can be customized within AccountEdge Cloud with your logo and color scheme.
An AccountEdge merchant account and an AccountEdge Cloud subscription is required.
To setup Web Pay in AccountEdge

You must have an AccountEdge merchant account and an AccountEdge Cloud subscription.

Go to the Setup menu from any command center and select Web Pay then select Web Pay Setup. The Web Pay Setup assistant appears. Click Learn More for more information on how AccountEdge works with AccountEdge Cloud.

Follow the online instructions through each step. After each step is complete, click Next to move forward.

Click Close when web pay setup is complete.
Your invoices emailed with Web Pay enabled can be sent from either AccountEdge or AccountEdge Cloud.
