This report displays the total amount of payables outstanding for each vendor as well as the tax that is owed for each payables. It is especially helpful to accountants in reconciling the tax control accounts for cash-based tax reporters.An Out of Balance amount appears on the report. It is the difference between the balance of the payables linked account and the total of the outstanding bills.note : If you are using the multicurrency feature, the Out of Balance field does not appear.
