Should I mark "I Inventory This Item"?

When you create an item in MYOB Premier Accounting you have the choice of marking three selections: I Sell This Item, I Buy this Item and I Inventory This Item.

When you mark I Inventory This Item, you're indicating that you want to track the item's on-hand quantity and value; you're creating an inventoried item.

If you don't need to track an item's on-hand quantity and value, you don't need to mark the I Inventory This Item selection. In this manner, you'll create a item that isn't inventoried.
