To remove a link to a picture
Note: Removing the link between an item or card and a graphic doesn't delete the graphics file
- Choose where you wish to remove the link to a picture:
- If you want to unlink a picture to an item, highlight the item in the Items List window and click Edit.
- If you want to unlink a picture to a card, highlight the card in the Cards List window and click Edit.
- Depending on your selection in step 1, click the Item Details tab or the Card Details tab. (Linking a picture to an item or card record)
- Double-click the picture field. The Picture Information window appears.
- Click Unlink.
- Click OK in the Picture Information window.
