The Accounting Plus Data Optimization Wizard is a separate software program (it's not a part of Accounting Plus itself); this utility can be found in the folder where Accounting Plus is installed. Over time, your data file may become unnecessarily large as you add and delete transactions. The Data Optimization Wizard removes any blank spaces left in your data file when you deleted transactions from your data file and performs other routine maintenance tasks that are designed to make your Accounting Plus file run faster and take up less space on your hard disk. It also may repair minor problems in your data file.
