Description and Character Limits

*Emp. Co./Last Name

Must match a preexisting employee card or vendor card in your MYOB software data file. If a company name (no first name), 50 characters, alphanumeric. If a last name, 30 characters, alphanumeric. (If the card is an individual, MYOB Accounting Plus matches the last name followed by a comma and a space, followed by the first name.)

Emp. First Name

20 characters, alphanumeric

Slip ID

8 characters, alphanumeric

Date

10 characters, alphanumeric. Follows date convention of your system. Allows any non-numeric as a separator between months, days and years.

*Activity ID

30 characters, alphanumeric. Must match a preexisting Activity ID in your MYOB software data file.

Cust. Co./Last Name

Must match a preexisting customer card in your MYOB software data file. If a company name (no first name), 31 characters, alphanumeric. If a last name, 15 characters, alphanumeric. (If the card is an individual, MYOB Accounting Plus matches the last name followed by a comma and a space, followed by the first name.)

Rate
