If you haven’t already read the General Journal Entries Overview, see Using recurring General Journal templates for more information.
The General Journal Entry window should be displayed.
- Click the Use Recurring button.
- A window will appear, displaying all recurring templates you’ve set up. Double-click the template you want.
- Review all the information that appears in the General Journal Entry window to be sure it’s correct. Make any changes that are necessary.
- Click Record. The recurring General Journal template will be recorded as an actual transaction, and will also remain available in the recurring template “holding area” for future use.
