To remove an activity

If you haven’t already read the Time Billing Activities Overview, see Removing or inactivating activities for more information.

The Activity List window should be displayed.

  1. In the list in the middle of the window, locate the activity you want to remove, then click the zoom arrow next to it. The Activity Information window appears, displaying the activity’s profile information.
  2. From the Edit menu, choose Delete Activity to remove the activity.

You can’t delete an activity until all the activity slips you’ve recorded for it have been purged. Once the activity slips are purged, you can remove the activity. See To purge activity slips for more information.
