Purge Timesheets—Timesheet selection window

 

The Purge Timesheets window—Timesheet selection is where you select the Timesheets and any corresponding activity slips you want to remove from your company file. Note that you cannot purge timesheets that haven’t been paid.

note :  

If you want to purge activity slips, go to the Time Billing command centre and choose Purge Activity Slips from the file menu.

Field Descriptions

Select (for purge) column

To select the timesheets you want to purge from your company file, click in the column next to the employee card name.

Click the icon at the top of this column to select or deselect all cards.

Card Name column

Displays the employee cards for who timesheets can be purged.

Cancel

Click to close without purging.

Purge Timesheets

Click to purge the selected Timesheets for the selected period.
