Accounts Easy Setup Assistant—Set up the Accounts List to meet your business needs

This window displays the accounts that were set up for you when you created your company file.

You can use this window to add, import, edit and delete accounts.

Field Descriptions

New

If you want to create an account, click New.

Edit

If you want to edit an account, select the account in the list and click Edit.

Delete

If you want to delete an account, select the account in the list and click Delete. If you have recorded transactions using this account, you will not be able to delete the account.

Import

If you have an accounts list in a text file, you may be able to import that information into this company file. Click Import to specify the format of the information you want to import and to locate the file.
