The Job Opening Balances window is where you can view and update opening balances, by account, for every detail job in your company file. The entries you make in this window are used to print the Job Profit and Loss Statement.Enter the number of the detail job whose opening balances you want to enter or view or click the search icon and choose the job from the list.Account column or Acct # and Name columnsThe number and name of each income, cost of sales, expense, other income and other expense accounts associated with the job appear in these columns.Enter the opening balances for a job, by account, in the fields of this column. Any opening balances you’ve entered previously appear in this column.Click OK to save your changes and close this window.
