Sales & Purchases Information window—Payment Methods view

The Payment Methods view of the Sales & Purchases Information window enables you to view and set up the list of payment methods. You can assign a payment method to the receipts you record in the Sales, Receive Payments and Receive Money windows.

Field Descriptions

Comments tab

Click to view and create comments.

Shipping Methods tab

Click to view and create shipping methods.

Referral Source tab

Click to view and create referral sources.

Payment Methods tab

Click to view and create payment methods.

Payment methods list

This list displays all of your payment methods.

Method types list

This list displays the type of each payment method.

New

If you want to create a payment method, click New.

Edit

If you want to edit a payment method, select it and then click Edit.

Delete Payment Method (Edit menu)

If you want to delete a payment method, select it and then go to the Edit menu and choose Delete Payment Method.

Click to close this window.
