To change the name of your company file

Maintenance > Moving and renaming company files > To change the name of your company file
  1. Exit MYOB BusinessBasics.

  2. Using Windows Explorer, click once on the company file you want to rename.

  3. Select Rename from the File menu.

  4. Enter the new name you want to use for the file and then press Enter. The new name is assigned to the file.
