Unable to access company file

Situation: The message indicates that you are unable to read or write to the company file. The hard disk of the on which your company file is located may have very little free space, or the hard disk may be damaged.

Solution: Be sure there is enough free space on the hard disk where the company file is located. Use a disk utility to check the condition of the hard disk, and defragment the hard disk if necessary.
