In MYOB AccountEdge, you enter pay bills transactions to indicate that you've paid your vendors for the purchases you've made. When you enter a bill payment in AccountEdge, you apply the payment to one or more of your outstanding purchase balances. You also can apply vendor debits while preparing to apply the payment.
