If your credit card processor fees are deducted before money is deposited in your bank account

You'll include the credit card processor fees in your AccountEdge bank deposit transaction that you'll create in the Prepare Bank Deposit window.

To include credit card processor fees on your bank deposit, click the Deposit Adjustment button in the window to open the Bank and Deposit Adjustments window. In the window you'll enter the credit card processor fees. (To record deposit adjustments).

When you're ready to record a Prepare Bank Deposit transaction, select all the credit card transactions that are included for the period plus the credit card processor fee(s).

The amount in the Total Deposit field will be the total of your credit card payments minus the credit card processor fee(s); this amount should equal the deposit amount that appears on your bank statement.
