To record a bank deposit (undeposited funds)


The Prepare Bank Deposit window should be displayed.

Note:  Only receipts in your local currency can be grouped for deposit with undeposited funds

  1. From the list at the top of the window, choose the account where you want the undeposited funds to be recorded.


  2. Select a payment method, if you wish. For example, you might select a credit card company to group one type of credit card payments.


    Note:  If you sort transactions by payment method
  1. Enter a date to display undeposited funds up to and including the date you enter.


  2. You may use the Memo field to record the purpose of the transaction.


    We recommend that you make a detailed comment, so you'll be able to identify the transaction when you review your records later on.
  1. Select the receipts you wish to include on the bank deposit by marking the Deposit column.


    Click the gray box at the top of this column to mark all the items in the list. Click again to clear all marks from the Print column.
  1. Click Record.
