When you record payments directly into an account, an individual cash-receipts transaction is recorded in that account for each transaction. The list in the upper left corner of the Receive Money window displays all the accounts you've specifically designated as Detail Checking accounts (asset accounts) or Detail Credit Card accounts (liability accounts).
Remember that checking accounts can be used for any method of receiving money. Credit cards, petty cash, debit cards, money market accounts and other methods for receiving money may be displayed in this list. If you want a particular account to appear in this list, you'll need to create the account first. (To add an account).
You can print a corresponding payment receipt for each Receive Money transaction you record.
If you want to deposit to a foreign currency account, see Linking a foreign-currency account in the Receive Money window
Note: Choose your undeposited funds account for customer credit card payments and credits
