To print payroll tax forms (except W-2 and W-3)


  1. Use the Select Payroll Tax Form window to choose the form you want to print. (To start working on a new payroll tax form)


    Note:  You will be able to print only demo copies of most forms until you have registered
  1. Carefully review the form to make sure that the data on it is accurate and complete before you start printing. You won't be permitted to print official copies of any form until you have completed all of the steps required to finalize it.


  2. Click Next Step to print a copy of the form for your records ("My Copy"). An alert message will explain the steps you should follow to review and verify the data on your form before you print it.


  3. If you're sure the form is ready to print, click Agree to return to the Payroll Tax Form Viewer, where you can print your copy of the form.


    If you want to double-check your form before printing, click Double-Check to return to the Payroll Tax Form Viewer, where you can review the form and make any necessary corrections.
    Important:
    You can't eFile or print certified copies of any form until you've entered all required information
    Repeat steps 4 and 5 when you're ready to print.
  1. Click Print to print your copy of the form.


  2. After printing your copy, click Next Step to print an official federal or state copy of the form. (If you are registered for eFiling, the eFile option will also be available to you.)


  3. To close the Payroll Tax Form Viewer, click Yes in response to the prompt, "Did you complete processing this form?" This copy of the form will be marked as completed in the Saved Forms window.


    If you want to save this copy of the form as a draft, click No in response to the prompt, "Did you complete processing this form?" This copy of the form will appear in the Saved Forms window, but will not be marked as completed. If you attempt to start processing this form later, a Draft File Found alert will appear.
