Use the procedure To override the default linked account for wages expense to change the Wages Expense linked account to be used for particular wage for all employees. You might use this feature if you've set up an account you wish to use to track the amount of overtime being paid to your employees, for example.
You can override the linked account for wages expense for an individual employee using the Card Information window - Payroll Details view - Wages. You'll simply enter the account you want to use in the Wages Expense Account field that is displayed in the window.
