One of the most proactive things you can do for your business is to spend a few minutes each day creating a daily backup of your company file. By doing so, you'll keep yourself out of trouble if an unexpected calamity occurs, such as total computer failure or a damaging lightning storm.

AccountEdge Network Edition: Verify using the host computer

We recommend that you use the AccountEdge Network Edition software on your host computer to verify your company files. Although it is possible to verify a company file using a workstation, it will most likely take a great deal longer to do so. Using the host computer for this process will also avoid problems that could arise from possible service interruptions in your network.
