The Sales window, found by clicking Enter Sales in the Sales Command Center, allows you to create transaction records for the items and services you sell.
Depending upon the type of transaction you want to enter (item sale, service sale, professional sale, time billing sale or miscellaneous sale), the Fields will change to allow you to enter appropriate information. The window has multiple layouts.
In the Item layout you can record the sale of items for which you mark I Sell This Item or for which you mark both I Sell This Item and I Inventory This Item in the Profile view of the Item Information window. Depending upon the information you enter in the Items Information window, information about your items will be entered automatically.
