Analyze Balance Sheet window - Graph view

Month

This field displays the month you selected in the Analysis Selection window (Analyze Balance Sheet). If you selected Last Year’s Actuals Only in the Analysis Selection window, this month is from the previous fiscal year. The This Year’s Actuals Only and Budgets Only selections in the Analysis Selection window will display a month in the current fiscal year.

Graph

The graph displays the accounts in the account type you selected at the bottom of the window.

Use the Up and Down buttons at the bottom of the window to select the account levels you wish to see in the graph.

Print button

Click the Print button to print one of the reports below. The report will reflect the information displayed in this window.

Balance Sheet [Budget Analysis]
Balance Sheet [Budget Spreadsheet]
Balance Sheet [Last Year Analysis]
Balance Sheet [Spreadsheet]

Filters button

Click this arrow to open to the Analysis Selection window (Analyze Balance Sheet), where you can change the type of information that’s displayed in this window.

Up and Down buttons

Click these buttons to indicate the depth of account levels you wish to view.

Ledger button

Click the Ledger button when you’re in the Graph view to return to the Ledger view.

This button appears only if you selected This Year’s Actuals Only, Last Year’s Actuals Only or Budgets Only in the Analysis Selection window.

Asset button

Click the Asset button to display a breakdown of your asset accounts in the Graph view.

This button appears only if you selected This Year’s Actuals Only, Last Year’s Actuals Only or Budgets Only in the Analysis Selection window.

Liability button

Click the Liability button to display a breakdown of your liability accounts in the Graph view.

This button appears only if you selected This Year’s Actuals Only, Last Year’s Actuals Only or Budgets Only in the Analysis Selection window.

Equity button

Click the Equity button to display a breakdown of your equity accounts in the Graph view.

This button appears only if you selected This Year’s Actuals Only, Last Year’s Actuals Only or Budgets Only in the Analysis Selection window.

Close button

Click this button to close this window.
