To verify your data file during the backup process
If you haven’t already read the Your Data File Overview, see Verifying data files for more information.An MYOB AccountEdge data file should be open. The Preferences window should be displayed.
- Click the Security tab.
- Mark the box labeled Check Data File for Errors Before the Backup Process, then click OK.
- The next time you begin to back up your data file, the data verification process will begin. For a detailed description of how the data verification feature works, see Verifying data files .
