The Cash Flow Worksheet window allows you to estimate your short-term cash needs by using information you’ve entered throughout MYOB AccountEdge to create a forecast of your checking accounts’ future.
The information this window uses to forecast cash needs includes recurring transaction information entered in the Save Recurring Template window in many of AccountEdge’s command centers.
The Cash Flow Worksheet window uses two views to display cash flow information:

Analysis view
The Worksheet view of the Cash Flow Worksheet window provides a list of a number of transactions that are overdue or expected to occur for this account. This view allows you to verify and enter all the transactions that will affect the account during the specified number of days.
The transactions that appear as defaults in this list include:
You can change any of the information that appears in the Worksheet view to better estimate your cash flow needs. For example, if one of the default transactions indicates you’ll be spending $1,000 for June’s commission payments, but you know you’ll spend only $500, you can change that amount. If no commission payment were needed for June, you could delete the amount entirely.
You can also add transactions to the Worksheet view. To do this, scroll to the bottom of the list and add transaction information in the blank line. When you’re finished, press TAB to create a new blank line, where you can enter additional transaction information.
Changes, deletions and additions you make in the Worksheet view are used for the purposes of the Cash Flow Worksheet window only. The changes you make here won’t be reflected anywhere else in the AccountEdge system.
