To pay payroll taxes

If you haven’t already read the Month-end Procedures Overview, see Paying payroll taxes for more information.

  1. Display or print the Tax Liabilities Report for the appropriate date range and jurisdiction.

  2. Open the Spend Money window and create a Spend Money transaction.

    In the Allocation Account columns, enter the liability account that you assigned to the payroll tax.

  1. Record the transaction.
